Minimum spend of £50 on all orders
When hiring multiple items, a special price can be arranged.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the order, the remaining balance is required 2 weeks before wedding day
A refundable security deposit is required for safe return of items
Payment is to be made by BACS transfer
Delivery is included in the hire price (minimum spend £50) to Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire, otherwise a fuel charge will be agreed.
Hired items will be delivered to the venue on the morning of the wedding and collected the following afternoon, this is flexible and can be negotiable if available.
Goods in your care remain your responsibility at all times. Venues/florists/wedding planners or any 3rd party involvement will be exempt from any responsibility regarding hired goods and will not be held accountable should any damage occur whilst in their possession.
Any damages incurred will result in the loss of the full security deposit paid
Horseshoe weddings shall not be liable for any damages/injury/loss or any other damage incurred in respect of this hire, as a result of any defect or damage to the item, and the customer shall satisfy himself/herself of the suitability/condition/placement of the items upon receipt.
Extreme caution should be exercised in particular with the use of candles; we shall not be liable for any damage/injury/loss caused as a result of using candles. Permission should be obtained from venue as to the suitability of all hired items.
